Orders placed before 7:00 PM GMT are typically processed and dispatched the same business day.
Orders placed after 7:00 PM GMT, on weekends, or on public holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.
While we strive to process all orders within these timeframes, occasional delays may occur during periods of unusually high demand.

We are pleased to offer FREE Priority Shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.
No minimum purchase is required.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Vitaltrack cannot guarantee reimbursement for theft or loss occurring after delivery. However, we will always do our best to assist customers in resolving delivery issues.
Returns
We offer a 90-Day Return Policy for unused products returned in their original condition and packaging.
